The latest release, 1.5 brings a multitude of improvements and features, including:

Prevented customers seeing cancelled invoices & credit notes in their customer portal.

Bill descriptions have been updated to include more information e.g. Pro rata date and quota, when a backup account is converted to paid.

Added a new generic payment method for Customers who pay manually.

Added a new setting to allow you to specify when to calculate commission for Staff and Affiliates.

New option in the Package Manager to allow wholesale customers to be charged by actual usage or by their set quota, and improvments to help organisation of Packages throughout the system.

Added Backup Server proactive monitoring. This raises notifications if one of your backup servers drops offline.

You can now set figaro to alert you if you are running out of Ahsay client and module licenses.

New affiliates dashboard in the Customer Portal. This includes date filterable commission history, referrals and commission payments. Paid commission includes option to download a remittance slip with a breakdown of bills and commission type.

Plus other general improvements to the system.

Company identity displayed in the figaro page for clarity

We are happy to announce figaro version 1.1.1 which brings new features variously requested including:

Health Monitoring of backup accounts : figaro syncronises with backup server logs to give account managers (and also your customers and resellers) "at a glance" information as to any backup account that needs attention.

SagePay credit card support : now it is possible to collect monthly amounts due via credit card in addition to the original direct debit feature.

Extra custom tags in the Email Assistant : provides a more professional look to mass emailing.
